3.1 Performance of Contracts
SRD GmbH processes your personal data in order to carry out pre-contractual measures, which are carried out on your request. By using the EUROSCARF online shop you consent to the storage of personal data by EUROSCARF. The lawfulness of the processing is to safeguard EUROSCARF's legitimate interest in obtaining control over the use of the ordered yeast strains/plasmids for research purposes.
